EHR403 Pathophysiology of Chronic Conditions (16)
Abstract
This subject examines targeted cardiopulmonary, metabolic, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, as well as specific types of mental illnesses and cancers . Emphasis will be placed on examining the pathogenesis and pathophysiological processes involved, clinical manifestations, risk factors, secondary co-morbidities, and clinical assessment. The application of pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions in the management of these conditions will also be investigated. |
