EPT429 Professional Engagement (8)
Abstract
This is a capstone subject and, as such, will be undertaken in the last session of study. The subject will allow students to extend their knowledge and skills in teaching and learning through the development of an individual learning plan that focusses on the design and implementation of a school or community based project. The student’s investigations will be supported by experienced teachers and university-based colleagues, undertaking the role of mentor to scaffold learning. Relevant theory will underpin the design, implementation and evaluation of the project. |
