Learning OutcomesUpon successful completion of this subject, students should:
- be able to critically discuss the business and organisational context of organisational behaviour in a cross-cultural context;
- be able to effectively apply cross-cultural performance and managerial frameworks of organisational behaviour to interpret and explain international management activity;
- be able to describe and examine international and cross-cultural practices in the areas of organisational design, communications, cultural diversity and synergy, leadership, motivation and negotiation;
- be able to critically analyse leadership practices in cross-cultural work settings; and
- be able to identify and analyse current and emerging trends in international and cross-cultural organisational behaviour.
