AbstractThis subject introduces students to the broad range of technologies and approaches employed in the provision of reference services in the current environment. It also develops students' understanding of how to evaluate such services and present this evaluation to management. Students are required to further develop their web creation skills, in conjunction with their understandings of virtual reference service concepts, to create a digital information service based on a real-life scenario. |
