Congratulations to CRES adjunct scholar, Professor Scott Cowdell, on the publication of his new book, Why Church? Christianity as it was meant to be. The book provides an argument for the centrality of the Eucharistic church in an increasingly tribal world. The 2024 History of Economic Thought Society of Australia Conference was held on 25-27 September. The conference was a joint conference with the Japanese Society for the History of Economic Thought.
