Your Charles Sturt Card

Commencing students need to submit a passport style photograph for their card. You are able to do this once you have received your Charles Sturt login, soon after accepting your offer of admission.

Your card contains a contact-less mifare microchip and an antenna that enables access to a number of services across the university.

Card services currently include:

  • Identification on Charles Sturt campuses including entrance to examinations;
  • Catered meals for students with a catered meal plan;
  • Access to buildings, including 24 hour computer labs;
  • Borrowing materials from the library;
  • Access to photocopying, printing and scanning services.

Different cardholder categories and card types, mean that not all of the above services are available to all cardholders. The decision to authorise a particular service for a person lays with the provider of the service and the cardholder's supervisor or sponsor.
