If you haven't already completed your Academic Integrity and Child Safety subjects, you need to do this to receive your academic transcript.
An academic transcript is a formal record of your studies at the University. It includes all units of study (attempted and completed) and your grade for each unit.
If you've been enrolled in more than one course, it lists all courses and all units studied at the University. It is not possible to separate degrees.
Check each of the items below before you order your transcript.
We cannot provide you with a transcript until you have paid all your fees owing to the University.
You can check your outstanding debt in Financial Balances under the My Details tab.
You can pay overdue amounts at the Online Shop.
Check and clear your debt before you order. We will tell you if we cannot produce the transcript due to a financial hold.
Wait until after the official grade release date before ordering if you want your latest results to show on your official transcript.
From the first Monday of exams to approximately two weeks after the exam period we apply a 'grade hold' to current session results.
During this grade hold period the faculties review all grades. Until confirmed, we mark all session grades as TA (To be Applied). TA will be visible on your online transcript and on any official transcripts produced.
We are unable to provide results to you any earlier than the advertised grade release dates. You can also look up future sessions by using the 'results' filter on the key dates page.
You will get a My eQuals transcript for free if you have completed your studies and are now eligible to graduate.
Student Administration check that you have completed all the requirements to graduate. It can take up to 10 business days to complete the required checks and update your status to 'Graduand' (GR) status. This checking process cannot start until after grade release of your last session.
If you need a transcript before this process is complete you can buy one. Your transcript will show all your results but will display your status as an 'Active Student'.
Choose your preferred option to find out how to order or see your transcript.
A certified digital copy of your transcript will be provided to you via My eQuals.
Once the digital qualification has been produced and an account created for you, you will receive an email advising you to log in and see your document. The digital transcript is available to you for life and accessible from anywhere.
You'll need to make sure your email address in Online Administration is current before ordering. This is how you will receive notification when your transcript is ready.
My eQuals is a snapshot of your transcript at the time it is issued to you. If you complete further study and want your transcript to be updated to reflect the additional subjects and grades, you'll need to order another official transcript. Your My eQuals transcript is not reissued or updated automatically at the end of each session.
Your online transcript is linked directly to our student system and always shows the latest information in real time.
See Ask Charles Sturt for other FAQs on digital documents.
For information on how to share your digital document see How do I provide organisations with a My eQuals document?
If you have ordered, but haven’t received the notification email within 5 days, please email us.
Current students can view an online transcript or read below to order an official transcript.
Past students with an active Charles Sturt University login can also read below to order an official transcript. If your login no longer works, head to the Alumni site to order a transcript or other academic record.
Once payment has been confirmed, your request will be processed and you will receive a notification email with instructions on accessing your document through My eQuals.
When you order a hard copy, the transcript will also be issued in digital format via My eQuals. You will also receive a notification email with instructions on accessing your document online. You will get this before your hard copy.
The Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement is issued upon graduation for graduating students after 2011 (as a replacement for the academic transcript).
The AHEGS provides descriptions of the nature, level, context and status of the studies that were pursued and completed by graduates. It also has information about the education system to which the qualification belongs.
