Accommodation - Intensive School

You can book a room on campus for your intensive school via our accommodation portal. We encourage you to book as early as possible to ensure your needs are met, as accommodation options are limited.

First up, register with Accessibility and Inclusion support services so we can work with you to support your study in all aspects of your University experience.

When completing the accommodation booking form, please list your accommodation support needs. Ensure that you include information such as:

• wheelchair access
• carer attendance
• physical access and room location.

Res Life can not guarantee you the same room each stay. Room allocation is based on a priority of need; they will, however, try their best to accommodate your needs.

Carers and assistance dogs

Your carer or assistance dog can stay with you, and there will be no charge, provided you:

• register with Accessibility and Inclusion support services before your attendance at Intensive School.
• include this support need on your accommodation booking form

Financial support

You may be eligible for the Intensive School Equity Grant that provides financial assistance to help cover the cost of staying on or near the campus for compulsory Intensive Schools.

Please be aware, we have a limited capacity to accommodate families due to the single study/bedroom style accommodation available.

Bathurst Campus Students who wish to make a Family Booking at the Bathurst campus are advised to contact the motel located on-campus, email Centre for Professional Development.
