Your Voice, Your University: Shape the future of student support

Your Student Voice Survey opens March 31 and closes April 11 at 11am. It takes about five to ten minutes to complete and rest assured, your responses will remain anonymous.

What's the survey about?

We want to hear about your experiences with Charles Sturt's student services and programs, including (but not limited to):

  • Contact with Student Central
  • Attending workshops or events (online or on-campus)
  • Applying for scholarships
  • Joining student groups
  • Meeting with counsellors, and more.

Why your feedback is important

You have the power to change the student experience at Charles Sturt – for yourself and for those who come after you. We won't just listen to your feedback; we'll act on it.

This survey is 100% real. We're dedicated to making your university experience amazing, and student participation in this survey is the best way to do that.

Keep an eye on your email inbox for your survey invitation email which will contain a unique link for you to complete the survey. The email will hit your inbox on Monday 31 March.

We take your input seriously

  • Your feedback will directly drive improvements. Rest assured, your responses will remain anonymous.
  • All current students are invited (excluding those at partner campuses, in police, enabling, non-award, micro courses, or HDR students).

Transparency and results

  • We partnered with CSBA, an independent research agency, to ensure your voice is heard.
  • There is a cap of 2000 responses for this survey and once the cap is reached, the survey will be closed. If you don't get the chance to provide feedback in this survey, please share your thoughts with us at any time by emailing ask@csu.edu.au
  • Online student? Your perspective is vital! We want to build a better experience for all.
  • We will use your feedback to make tangible improvements and will share the results with you in July 2025.
