As an Academic Lead (Learning and Teaching Quality), Dr Samuel is dedicated to enhancing academic quality and development, leveraging over a decade of national and international experience in pharmacy academia. She is dedicated to refining and implementing quality assurance processes at Charles Sturt. Dr Samuel offers support and training to academic and professional staff, ensuring that curriculum development and quality assurance procedures are effectively integrated into the continuous improvement framework.

In her previous positions at B.R. Nahata College of Pharmacy and Mandasur Institution of Pharmacy, Dr Samuel was responsible for cultivating research collaborations, project management, guiding students, and securing research funding. Her commitment to education is shown through her participation in national pharmacy and health events, her role on the Pharmacy Council of India and her academic work, including co-authoring three pharmaceutical books and various articles.
