Hayley holds undergraduate and post-graduate qualifications in Education, and as an Academic Quality Officer, she supports Charles Sturt's course and subject quality assurance by providing analyses, ideation, recommendations, insights, or coordinating projects that are essential to student-centric and strategic priorities.
