In the role of Course and Subject Accreditation Officer, Steph is a key support to the Manager, Course and Subject Accreditation, providing guidance to staff on accreditation policies, procedures, and standards. She actively supports the Course Design Accreditation and Publishing (CDAP) system, supporting the operational components of the system while working on improving University policies, data quality and continual improvement.

Steph, joining from Charles Sturt’s Faculty of Science and Health, previously supported the School of Rural Medicine in workplace learning and subject administration. Her career includes four years in financial planning and 14 years in community and employment services, in roles including Team Leader and Program Coordinator. Steph, who holds a Bachelor of Business and a Diploma in Community Services Coordination, also brings valuable experience in audit, compliance, quality assurance, and program development.
