Profile

Rachel leads a team of professional staff in the Office of Academic Quality and Standards and works closely with the Director, Academic Quality and Standards, and the Academic Quality Leads. She provides specialist advice on the development of policies and procedures and provides comprehensive operational oversight of the central services and projects delivered by the Office, ensuring there are strong linkages between the work of her team and the quality work occurring in Faculties and Schools.

Rachel has worked at Charles Sturt for more than 15 years across a variety of areas including courses, international, pathways, partnerships, research, and quality enhancement. Rachel holds undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in business and leadership and has extensive knowledge of university operations and experience in supporting academic quality assurance, compliance monitoring and quality enhancement.
