Profile

Matilda coordinates and provides advice on policies and procedures relating to academic quality across Charles Sturt and collaborates with stakeholders to manage policy and procedure updates. She also provides project management and broad administrative services across business-as-usual activities within the Office of Academic Quality and Standards.

Matilda brings a decade of experience in the Higher Education sector and recently held a senior project management position at SAE Creative Media Institute, where she worked alongside the Executive Management Group to coordinate and oversee national and international projects spanning multiple divisions. Her expertise in change management is well-established, and she has a solid track record of engaging stakeholders through clear and effective communication. Additionally, Matilda has experience in academia, having conducted workshops and tutorials for students at the University of Queensland.
