Criteria: Awarded to the graduating student based on their demonstrated merit in a work integrated learning subject, particularly for achieving a social action outcome that benefits a disadvantaged individual, group, or community.
Students must prepare an application in consultation with their Field Education Liaison Officer, Agency Supervisor and Subject Coordinator.
Students must also nominate a not for profit, non-government organisation, to be approved by the School of Social Work and Arts as meeting Charles Sturt financial policies, to which an additional $500 award will be made on their behalf.
Prize: $500 (plus $500 to be donated to the approved organisation) and an inscribed certificate issued by the University.
