In addition to basic functionality, various editing features are available to all Authors; and those QA Officers and HOS/Support HOS who have been granted edit permissions; when the Outline is in an editable state.
If you hold edit permissions on an Outline, refer to the left hand page menu for help on using editing features; as well as further help on how to use, and guidance on how to author, specific sections within an Outline template.
You can also consult the Division of Learning & Teaching Quality Assurance page and request support by raising an DLT help request. Issues that seem to be of a technical nature can be raised via an IT Service Desk Request.
