QA Declarations are included in clone QA exemption. That is, once a ‘master’ Outline for a session has been QA approved, the ‘clones’ will show all declarations as being made and be exempt from any further QA if they are not edited. Once certain sections of the clone are edited, some QA Declarations become unticked and must be re-made by the Author and/or QAO. Note that if an Author edits the Outline, the declarations for both the Author and QAO become unticked. If a QAO with edit permissions edits the Outline, the declarations for the QAO become unticked.
