Email notifications to staff with responsibilities for an Outline are sent when the Outline changes status, that is:
- QA Officer/s are emailed when an Author submits the Outline for QA
- Author/s are emailed when a QA Officer applies a QA outcome
Emails will contain a list of sections that have been edited in the following circumstances:
- Email to Authors - QAOs have edit permissions and made edits to the Outline during QA
- Email to QAOs - Authors used the Update workflow to edit Version 1 of the Outline following initial QA approval
- Email to HOS/Support HOS - Authors used the Variation workflow to create Version 2 of the Outline following publication
