The Form Progress (Subject) Report (aka Sign-Off Status Report) provides:
- an overview of all subjects in the School
- what stage they are up to
- the date of the latest change and a few key fields.
Intended uses
- Assist school management to manage the moderation process. A school can see what where forms are up to, who needs to do the next step and are given emails so they can generate reminders.
- Assist the School Quality Committee in its work by showing the notes added to various forms and then creating its minutes afterwards.
- Be part of reports to governance to check the utilisation of moderation within a school.

How to create a Form Progress report
- Click on Reports (top right hand corner).
- Click on Form Progress (Subject) Report.
- Select the Term Code. (For multi-session subjects, if any session of its offering matches the given term code, it will be displayed in the report).
- Select the School.
- Select if People and Emails should be visible (defaults to “Hide”). If “Show” is selected, then the person(s) responsible for the current stage are listed as well as their emails.
- Select if SAC/SQC Comments should be visible (defaults to “Show”). Making these visible is important for the SQC committee process.
- Click submit.
- View the online report. Summary and a table showing all subjects for the given termcode. You can sort each column. The report will show a default number of entries but this number can be adjusted to 50, 100, or All at the bottom of the screen.
- A .csv file can be created by clicking the "Export CSV" (top right) if further analysis as needed.
Workplace learning (WPL) subjects can often be completed outside the session in which it is formally offered. This means that grades are not always available in time for the first School Assessment Committee meeting for the session offering. Moderation and Grades forms can still be completed.
Please see Workplace learning Subjects for further information. WPL subjects are marked with a WPL chip and the summary table is split into WPL and non-WPL subjects. This allows greater flexibility for WPL subjects.
