Task 4

Subject Outline: allocate publishing responsibilities

Multiple cohorts

Master Subject Outlines are used when the same subject is being taught to multiple cohorts. For example, if the same subject is being taught at Bathurst, Wagga Wagga and Online then each is classified as a different cohort and each will have their own Subject Outline.

  • Multiple cohort subjects will have a Master subject outline that is prepared and then cloned to other cohorts.
  • First, Determine who is responsible for drafting and publishing the Master version.

Single cohorts

If you’re only teaching one cohort you don’t need to worry about a Master Subject Outline.
