Teaching Capabilities Development Program

The Charles Sturt Teaching Academy’s Teaching Capabilities Development Program will support staff in advancing their expertise and excellence in learning and teaching.

The program is organised around seven themes which are aligned to the newly approved Charles Sturt Teaching Capabilities Framework and Self-Assessment Tool. The Teaching Capabilities Development Program is underpinned by a series of events available on the Teaching Academy website. Events will be progressively scheduled and announced across the year. Some events will be solely facilitated by the Division of Learning and Teaching staff, while others will be co-presented with subject matter experts from the Schools and Centres. The Teaching Capabilities Development Program operates in addition to any School or Faculty based support provided by DLT.

Outlined below are the seven themes of the Teaching Capabilities Development Program.
