The Vice-Chancellor and President is the chief executive officer of the University and is accountable to the University Council for the day to day management of the University.
The Vice-Chancellor is assisted in the day to day management of the University by the Executive Leadership Team (see its terms of reference).

The Office of Governance and Corporate Affairs provides advice to the Vice-Chancellor, senior executives and staff of the University in relation to University governance, audit and risk management, investigations/appeals and complaints, legislative compliance, legal requirements, policy management and records management.
The Office of Strategy is responsible for developing and leading the University's Strategy.
