It is the vision of CSCS to be recognised for the provision of premium services. Our mission is to foster a highly skilled and committed team, dedicated to providing effective service solutions.

The company specialises in the provision of programmed and on demand cleaning and maintenance services. At CSCS we understand cleaning and maintenance is about maintaining the aesthetics of our customer’s buildings, and preparing presentable and compliant spaces for employees and visitors.

Our Team

CSCS team members undertake a functional assessment, police check and or working with children check prior to induction.

CSCS team members have completed or are enrolled in relevant training packages associated with their work and the equipment they use including the use of colour coding to eliminate cross contamination and prevent infection. Staff skills are constantly updated through in house training programs.

Sustainability

CSCS staff are trained to consider the environment and minimize environmental impact by understanding waste recycling of and the impacts associated with the usage of power and water.

Community Engagement:

CSCS is a not for profit organisation and gives back to the community. CSCS supports local schools and university students through scholarships and other services. Our management team assist staff to coordinate fund raising events which are always a hit.

Quality Assurance

To ensure an optimum service is provided consistently CSCS has a number of quality assurance programs including:

  • Provision of a cleaning schedule and calendar that is signed by staff each time they perform their routine tasks.
  • A checking program - Our leadership team perform Quality recognition checks on all work conducted.
  • A feedback system that enables us to formally follow up customer concerns, but also to recognise our high performing staff.
