Use this form if you've been excluded from an articulated course set (such as a Bachelor or Masters) and want to take out a lower level award.
If you're a current student, please complete and submit a Graduate with lower award form in your student portal.
If you're a withdrawn student, you must apply to re-activate your enrolment within the eligible timeframe (within 12 months of the withdrawn status being applied), and once you're active then submit a Graduate with lower award form in your student portal.
