Government Relations

Government Relations provides strategic advice to the Vice-Chancellor, University Council, senior-executive and the wider Charles Sturt University community on all matters relating to our engagement and positioning with government and policy.

Taking a collaborative approach, we seek to work with government to deliver the best possible outcomes for the University as a whole.

Office of Public Relations and Communication

Student Communications

The Student Communications team is responsible for sending bulk, non-academic communications to students.

We work closely with stakeholders from Offices and Divisions to develop multi-channel communications strategies focused on student engagement, support, retention and success.

Internal Communications

We manage the key communications to staff across the University about organisation-wide initiatives, projects and major events.

We develop and execute communication plans for University-wide initiatives and provide support for smaller projects and events, including providing advice on the best channels to communicate a message.
