PhD in eParticipation in Scottish Local Authorities
Dr. Elizabeth Tait, began her journey at Robert Gordon University, Dr. Tait rose from a Lecturer in Information Management to Senior Lecturer, leading interdisciplinary research projects and earning recognition for her contributions to information science doctoral training.
A brief stint as a Research Fellow at dot.rural Digital Economy Hub at Aberdeen University had her dive deep into digital cultural heritage and the efficacy of projects under the hub. Subsequently, at RMIT University, Dr. Tait was known for her expertise in Business Information Systems and Data Management, contributing significantly to the Centre for People, organization, and Work.
Holding a PhD from Robert Gordon University on eParticipation in Scottish Local Authorities, Dr. Tait's research interests lie at the intersection of digital technologies' socio-cultural impact, including areas like digital cultural heritage and transport sustainability. Over her career, she has secured research funding exceeding $2 million AUD from prestigious sources like Horizon 2020 and RCUK Digital Economy Programme.
