Sermin is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in executive education, customer experience (CX) strategy, capability development, and leadership. Most recently, she demonstrated her expertise at Optus, where she led the CX Academy, driving strategic initiatives that transformed customer and employee engagement across the organisation. Her leadership in designing and delivering the Optus CX Academy has earned her multiple awards, underscoring her excellence in fostering customer-centric cultures.

In her new role, Sermin will play a pivotal part in expanding executive education offerings, focusing on developing programs tailored to meet the unique needs of regional and rural communities. Additionally, she will spearhead initiatives aimed at advancing capabilities in AI and emerging technologies, positioning the organisation to address the challenges and opportunities of the digital future.
