Sair Buckle is an innovative product leader, researcher and entrepreneur with expertise in strategy, marketing, and psychology. As Founder/CEO of Overtly, she launched a new business and delivered independent research on equity, inclusion and diversity in the Australian government. Her diverse background spans roles at Tesla, where she managed complex projects across digital platforms, Fiat Chrysler in digital integration, Carsales.com.au in product management, advertising and marketing. Sair's research interests are in Behavioural science, including influence, power and the relationship to inclusion and equity.
