Dr Juliette Tobias-Webb is a Translational Science and Behavioural Design Architect at AICF, one of 60 women in Australia nominated as a Superstar of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) and soon to be a Homeward Bound (Antarctica) explorer.
Dr Juliette is passionate about translating behavioural insights into practical tips that can help individuals, companies and governments tackle some of the most challenging work and societal issues. Dr Juliette has a PhD in Experimental Psychology from Cambridge University and has worked for a range of leading government and corporate organisations.
In addition to running her own behavioural science consultancy and working with a range of commercial stakeholders such as Citibank, Mastercard, Atlassian etc., Dr Juliette has been a Senior Manager in Behavioural Science for Commonwealth Bank, the Behaviour Change Lead for Ogilvy Australia, and a Research Fellow for the Behavioural Insights Team.
Dr Juliette also has a range of academic experience. She's taught a range of executive leadership and MBA courses across the globe, has published articles in many leading neuroscience and psychology journals, and featured in a range of media outlets such as Triple J Hack and the Australian Financial Review.
