Models

The project entitled “Weed Manager’s Guide to Remote Detection: Understanding the opportunities and limitations of multi-resolution and multi-modal technologies for remote detection of weeds in heterogenous landscapes” has generated several models from various imagery that can be used for the detection of Hawkweeds, Bitou Bush and African Lovegrass. These can be used by those within the weed community with suitable computer vision skills. Please download the pdf shown below to access all reports and development files associated with this work. It is the hope of the project team that these models will be able to be further developed to improve their utility across a wide range of environments into the future.

The models constructed during the life of the project, “Weed Manager’s Guide to Remote Detection: Understanding the opportunities and limitations of multi-resolution and multi-modal technologies for remote detection of weeds in heterogeneous landscapes” are summarised in the table below, along with labelling information and datasets.
