Charles Sturt University seeks to uphold the highest standards of research. The Human Research Ethics Committee is here to work with researchers to uphold these standards.
The Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) evaluates research that involves human participants, their data, and/or their tissue for alignment with the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research.
If your research involves human participants, you'll need to submit an application to the HREC for review prior to the commencement of data collection.
The HREC have developed guidance material to assist in the development of your application.
