The Australian Research Council (ARC) shapes the Australian research environment, evaluates the excellence, impact and depth of Australian research, provides expert advice and research grants services; supports research integrity and promotes ethical research.
The Australian Research Integrity Committee (ARIC) is jointly established by the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) and the Australian Research Council (ARC). Its purpose is to undertakes reviews of institutional processes used to manage and investigate potential breaches of the Research Code.
