Biography

Oliver’s research is focused on the design of social and health technologies using Value Sensitive Design (VSD). VSD is an approach that puts ethics into practice. He enjoys building research capacity in early and mid-career researchers. He is also the Presiding Officer of the Human Research Ethics Committee. That involves leading the team in a way that promotes collegiality with university researchers, to improve the quality of research at CSU.
