Dr. Singh is a Research Fellow of Rural Public Health at the Rural Health Research Institute (RHRI), who brings a wealth of research experience in diverse areas. He has specific research experience in the synthesis of various nanomaterials, optoelectronic device manufacturing and portable device (sensing platform) development. Following the completion of his PhD at Queensland University of Technology, Amandeep worked as a postdoctoral fellow at both QUT and Griffith University for a total of 2 years. Within his current role at RHRI, Amandeep is developing portable and handheld sensing platforms for disease and pathogen detection.
