Biography

Prof Shiddiky is a global leader in the fields of analytical chemistry, sensor technology and nanobiotechnology, specialising in developing biosensing methods and portable diagnostics devices. The primary focus of his research is to advance the understanding of microfluidics, nanobiotechnology, electroanalytical chemistry, and surface chemistry-based phenomenon and processes for the development of new biosensing methods and point-of-care/on-site devices for biomedical, agriculture and environmental applications.
