Each year, students undertaking the Bachelor of Veterinary Science at CSU are asked to complete work experience to complement their studies. In many cases, this involves a student re-locating to another area and working voluntarily with a local practitioner. During this time, students are likely to be paying for accommodation in Wagga Wagga and also the town they have travelled to for work experience. To assist students during this time, the Charles Sturt Veterinary Science Foundation would like to create a Professional Experience fund that could each year award scholarships up to a maximum of $1,650 to reimburse students for the costs associated with completing their work placement.
