Interpreting, evaluating and thinking critically are key skills required for success in university study. They will help you assess and understand theory and contemporary knowledge in your field and so help you contribute new ideas to it.

In this introductory subject you’ll learn how to interpret and evaluate information from a variety of sources. With support from your subject coordinator you’ll learn how to develop arguments using evidence and reasoning.

• finding additional resources or services that support development in critical thinking
