• make your meetings paperless by displaying the agenda and minutes digitally and discouraging attendees from printing pre-circulated materials
• use the doubled-sided printing and copying on your Multifunction device (MFD)
• reuse and recycle all used office paper

Your blue under-desk bin is for clean office paper recycling only. When the bin is full, you can empty it into the blue paper bin at your nearest office recycling station
